Our Story
Built with love, in memory of Samuel
We built Samuel’s in memory of our son, turning grief into a place of warmth and connection. Alongside comforting burgers and Filipino favourites, our open kitchen has become a gathering place for family, friends and neighbours.
Chef Rob honed his savoury skills at the College of the North Atlantic and leads the kitchen, while Cristina, a nurse, teacher and midwife by training, pours that same care into every dessert and custom cake.
