Our Story
We built Samuel’s in memory of our son, turning grief into a place of warmth and connection. Alongside comforting burgers and Filipino favourites, our kitchen has become a gathering place for family, friends and neighbours. Every dish is prepared from scratch with love and a touch of our heritage.
Chef Rob honed his savoury skills at the College of the North Atlantic and leads our kitchen, while Cristina — a nurse, teacher and midwife by training — channels her care and creativity into the desserts and custom cakes. Together they blend Filipino heritage and Canadian comfort to make food that feels like home.
